Patty - Hair Stylist

Patty McCay's career in Manhattan spans 14 years and includes training and education in the U.S. and Europe. When Le Salon Chinois launched in October 2002. Patty saw an opportunity to work at an elegant and promising new salon. Prior to she worked at The Spot, Le Rebelle Hair Team and at the Clive Salon. Specializing in custom cuts to suit the clients face shape and hair texture has gained Patty a great reputation and the devotion of her clients. Patty has also mastered the thermo reconditioning straight perm, Japanese straightening technique and recognizes this process as a life changing experience for curly hair clients.

Irina - Colorist

Irina Notes joins Le Salon Chinois with over 15 years experience working in the hair and color industry. Irina is an expert in all types of hair coloring techniques and brings with her a deep knowledge of how to create the best possible color for her clientele. Her expertise lies in the area of highlights and the world renowned French technique of balyage.

Adamo - Hair Stylist/Colorist

Adamo boasts over 30 years of professional experience, previously working at Izumi Salon. He has extensive experience as a hairstylist and colorist, as well as, working as an educator for Framesi in Milan, and Salerm in Barcelona. Working for acclaimed magazine publications, as a platform artist at beauty shows, winning the National Champion of NCA American Cup and the International Continental Award at Hair World in 1992 in Tokyo, Adamo has more than enough experience for any client to feel extremely comfortable in his hands.

Asami - Hair Stylist/Colorist

Asami has always been interested in the process of creating and seeing beautiful things that she can touch with her heart and soul. Growing up as a part in a family of hairstylists Asami has over 12 years of styling experience in both Japan and New York. Focusing on a natural, healthy, and fashionable ease, Asami uses only the best products and specializes in a new technique of wet and dry cutting to make each style easy to maintain. In addition to her unique hairstyling methods, Asami also concentrates on natural highlighting, color, updo’s for that special occasion, and is committed to creating the uniques style that draw out your natural features as well as your personality.

Eva - Hair Stylist/Colorist

Eva is the former owner and head stylist of the Picasso Hair Salon of NYC. Eva excels in the art of entertainment styling and has worked for such shows as; Saturday Night Live, The Today Show, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The Early Show, and CBS News. Eva has also worked on specialty programming and independent television shows. After working for Picasso Hair Salon, Eva went to further her craft at Elizabeth Arden.

John - Hair Stylist/Chemical & Color specialist

John began working at Le Salon Chinois as a junior stylist four years ago and has been exclusively mentored by head stylist Yan Chia. Since then, John has worked his way up to become our leading chemical and color specialists at the salon. John differentiates himself from other stylists with his unique approach to creating beautiful hair. John set forth to create his name in chemical styling by combining his own techniques with those he learned from Yan, creating a new way of doing Ionic Perms, Set Perms, Japanese Hair Straightening and Brazilian Keratin Treatments. John’s creative techniques with Ionic Set Perms were acknowledged in 2008 by Spa-Nyc.com and he was written about by acclaimed beauty editor Arlene Marshall.

John’s creativity, ingenuity, and ability to incorporate new techniques into his styling, has earned himself a large and extremely loyal client base. John’s passion for hair keeps him motivated to keep abreast of the newest trends and styles of the season.

Theo - Hair Stylist/Chemical & Color specialist

Theo began her career as a Hairstylists and Colorists 17 years ago in Manhattan. She maintained her reputation in high end New York City Salons. Theo specializes in curly hair, where she cuts in dimension of levels. She was noticed and written up by Spa-Nyc.com in 2006. Theo is also multi talented along doing specialized chemical work like Textured Perms and Brazilian Keratin Treatments.

Theo has spent seventeen years perfecting her art of hairstyling and coloring in Manhattan, maintaining her reputation as one of the foremost stylists in New York City. Theo is talented at many variations of hairstyling but specializes in curly hair. She is able to cut different levels of dimension into curly hair, making it soft, and easy to manage all the way through to your next appointment.

Theo’s styling has been observed by not only her clients but by leaders in hairstyling industry. In 2006 Theo’s talents were noticed by an editor at Spa-Nyc, where they wrote an article about her techniques and expertise. In addition to haircutting, Theo is expertly trained in chemical treatments; such as, Textured Perms and Brazilian Keratin Treatments.

Ramona - Junior Stylist
